Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  • Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Maintain a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.
Requisitos

Who are you?

  • A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
  • Someone with an Intermediate English level and excellent communication skills.
  • A polite and empathetic person who can understand others' feelings or thoughts.
  • Someone who knows how to solve problems positively.
  • A person who sees the big picture but also pays attention to details.
  • A proactive and confident individual with no prior experience required.

  • Salary of S/. 1700 + 15% variable + internet bonus.
  • Available schedules: 48 hours per week between 6:00 am to 12:45 am (1 day off).
