Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for our Mountain Home, Idaho store. You’ll support daily operations, assist customers, and cross-train for cash register duties to front-end tasks.

You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming store, manage transactions, and protect cash and assets. A high school diploma or equivalent and retail service experience are preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking store shelves as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and neatness throughout the store, including restrooms.
• Handling sales transactions and operating the cash register.
• Protecting cash and company assets while providing friendly service.
• Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
