Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Franklin, Ohio is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service.

You’ll be cross-trained to ring up sales and assist front-end duties as needed in a friendly, efficient environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and customer service.
• Support cash register operations and front-end duties as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking levels across aisles and bathrooms.
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Protect cash and company assets during sales transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
