Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Enola, Pennsylvania is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and manage front-end duties as needed.

You will handle cash transactions, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and work with team members to deliver friendly service. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement and walking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Maintaining a positive, safe environment with customers and colleagues.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Safeguarding cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
