Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed.

Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
