Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the cash register, keep the store stocked, unload trucks, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment and interact professionally with customers and team members.
