Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, and managing sales at the register.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock, unload trucks, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and teammates. This is a part-time position requiring reliable availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
