Dollar Tree in Delray Beach, FL is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help with stocking and merchandise recovery.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash security, ensuring store cleanliness, and providing friendly, professional interactions with customers and staff. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
