Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support shoppers and maintain a clean, organized store environment in Southside, Alabama. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help with stocking and receiving merchandise to ensure smooth store operations.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, teamwork with leaders and associates, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the store. Part-time hours may apply in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
