Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous retail or service industry experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock and recover merchandise; unload trucks and restock as needed.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Follow safety policies and ensure a presentable store environment.
