Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wake Forest, NC to deliver a friendly shopping experience and assist customers with questions and recommendations. You will manage sales transactions at the register, help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and keep the store clean and presentable while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean including bathrooms, floors, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
