Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our Greenville store and deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and help with unloads and safety compliance while delivering professional interactions with customers and team members.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are valued, along with reliability and ability to lift items as needed; previous retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store
• Perform other duties as assigned
