Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of related work experience.
• Ability to learn and use company software.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote Kele products and services to customers.
• Maintain customer and account information in Salesforce.
• Set up new customer accounts per Accounting requests.
• Complete outbound calls for payment information.
• Escalate complex cases to Senior Customer Service.
• Process web holds and portal orders; enter addresses for Amazon orders.
• Assist with front desk duties and Salesforce team support.
• Participate in training to improve knowledge and performance.
