Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in Jacksonville. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked. You’ll contribute to a safe, friendly shopping environment and support daily store operations.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
