Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a busy Utah store in Blanding. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help stock shelves while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions and teamwork in a retail setting. The position is part-time and based on-site at the Blanding store, with opportunities to contribute to store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service and friendly interaction with customers and peers.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Willingness to lift 30–50 lbs as needed and be on feet for long periods.
• Prior retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drugstore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.

• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenish and merchandise recovery to productivity standards.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks when needed.
