Overview

Customer Service Associate I at Family Dollar. Part-time position based at 1068 Wyoming Ave, Exeter, Pennsylvania 18643.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation
• Other duties as assigned

Skills And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store settings is highly preferred
