Ultipro in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate in the insurance space. You will answer incoming calls, assist walk-in clients, and help with claims paperwork while providing proof of insurance documents.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year CS experience, and an ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 2 years. Salary is negotiable with potential annual bonuses, and benefits start within 30 days.
