Waterway is seeking Customer Service Associates at our Lone Tree location to provide friendly, engaging service and promote car wash services, memberships, and retail items. You’ll interact with customers at pumps, in-store, and at the tunnel entrance, with a flexible schedule and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals for the location.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer.
• Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented.
• Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately.
• Follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, including and especially those related to safety.
