Job summary

Waterway Gas & Wash Company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Chesterfield-area locations. You will engage customers at the carwash tunnel, gas pumps, or inside the retail store, delivering friendly service and driving sales of car wash services, memberships, and retail options.

The role offers flexible daytime/evening/weekend shifts, a team-oriented environment, structured training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and engaging with a positive attitude.
• No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
• Current and valid drivers’ license; professional demeanor and appearance. Meet local health/safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive store visit.
• Present and sell car wash services, memberships, and add-on options to meet location goals.
• Keep convenience store stocked, organized, and clean; manage shelves and displays.
• Maintain POS transactions and cash drawer accuracy using available tablets and payment terminals.
• Follow safety policies and procedures in all duties.
