Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to achieve sales and revenue goals for the location.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment inside and outside the store.
• Keep merchandise stocked and organized and manage inventory as directed by store management.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow Waterway policies and safety procedures.
