Qualifications

• No experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment for customers in store and at fuel pumps.
• Keep merchandise stocked and organized, take inventory as directed by management.
• Maintain POS transaction integrity and follow Waterway procedures.
