Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, practical support for home improvement projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll engage with customers across departments, process orders and deliveries accurately, and participate in stocking and merchandising tasks while upholding Lowe's service standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as needed
• Lifting up to 25 lbs without or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
