Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet customers and take care of their needs with friendly service. CSAs prepare breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station orderly.

In this role you will operate the cash register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification, and ensure shelves are stocked and inviting. A team-focused, fast-paced environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
