Customer Service Associate - Customer Service Center

Location: Multiple Locations (Remote within the Bank's footprint)

Market: Lexington

Work Hours per Week: 40

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking or financial experience preferred.
  • Previous contact center and sales experience preferred.
Job Description

This position works an alternate schedule: 4-day work week, 9am to 8pm, Saturday through Tuesday, including select holidays.

Summary: Responsible for responding to inbound customer requests related to bank products and services, providing professional support, and resolving inquiries within department standards.

Customer Service Skills:
  • Ability to build customer relationships and accept ownership of requests.
  • Identify customer concerns, resolve inquiries, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Professional appearance, effective communication, and confidentiality.
  • Work under pressure, collaborate with team, and maintain a positive attitude.
Essential Duties:
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Provide multi-channel customer support and prioritize requests.
  • Resolve issues involving confidential and financial information.
  • Perform clerical duties and operate departmental equipment.
Other Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing, and operating office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including outside normal banking hours.
