Qualifications

• Be friendly and engaging! A positive attitude and a will to succeed.
• No experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
• Minimum Requirements: Current and valid driver’s license; Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy; Ability to perform all essential functions safely; Ability to comply with local/state health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales; Meet local/state minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol where applicable; Ability to complete all required trainings/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals for the location.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer including outdoor and indoor areas.
• Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented.
• Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures and using tablets and payment terminals.
• Follow Waterway policies and safety instructions.
• Perform various administrative tasks and other functions as directed by management.
