Driven Car Wash is seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Arlington Heights team as Customer Service Associates. You’ll welcome guests, explain wash packages, promote memberships, and help ensure a smooth, safe car wash experience.

This role is outdoors, fast-paced, with opportunities to advance. You’ll rotate between guest service and tunnel operations, support site cleanliness, and provide friendly, reliable service in a team‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Explaining wash packages, membership options, promotions, and the Driven Car Wash mobile app.
• Encouraging membership enrollment, loyalty program participation, and customer reviews.
• Assisting customers with questions and helping resolve concerns.
• Performing quality checks to ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel and directing traffic flow.
• Rotating between customer service and tunnel operations throughout the day.
• Assisting with vacuum area upkeep, trash removal, and maintaining clean customer spaces.
• Restocking detail carts and other customer amenities.
• Completing lot checks and monitoring site cleanliness and safety.
• Participating in periodic tunnel maintenance, including cleaning tunnel walls, power washing, and trench cleanings.
• Following all company safety policies and operational procedures.

Position Summary

Driven Car Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Customer Service Associates play a key role in creating a great experience for our guests by assisting customers, promoting memberships, ensuring safe vehicle loading, and maintaining a clean and welcoming site.

What You’ll Do
