Position Summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization. As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guide call traffic
• Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
• Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve customers’ needs
