Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Account Creation Associate to work remotely. You will guide customers in selecting internet packages, enter account data, perform QA, and maintain confidentiality while supporting ADT services and installations.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and a private work location with reliable high-speed internet. Training is provided and shifts run Mon–Sat 10am–10pm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Creation Associate to join our team and work remotely. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone by providing information about our internet packages, entering account information, performing quality assurance, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality. Your primary responsibility will be to help guide potential customers in selecting the best internet package to meet their needs while accurately processing package data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. This is a fast-paced environment and requires an individual who can work with little supervision and is self-motivated.

In this role you will:

• Participate in training and professional development activities

• Perform quality assurance to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Accurately enter account information and customer data into the company’s database

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries related to internet and security services and package offerings.

• Provide detailed information about internet packages, pricing, and available promotions.

• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable ADT services and internet plan based on their requirements (speed, usage, location, etc.).

• Assist customer by entering customer personal info and creating ADT profile.

• Follow up with potential customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and support any issues.

• Process orders, schedule installations, and provide necessary details regarding service activation.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.

• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns, escalating issues when necessary to the appropriate department.

• Meet or exceed department performance expectations.

• Actively participate in staff development and meetings

• Work in a positive and collaborative manner with team members

• Be punctual and maintain a good attendance record

• Perform additional duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

• Availability to work 5 days Monday - Saturday between the hours 10am - 10pm; this includes the 10-7, 11-8, and 1-10 shifts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated

• A secure and private location for company equipment

• Proficient in multitasking and time management

• Maintain a positive work environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
