Job summary

Trove Brands, LLC. is seeking an in-office Customer Support specialist to handle emails, chats, and calls from our Lehi HQ. You will analyze customer inquiries, use language models to craft responses, and engage 70–100 customers daily by chat or email.

You’ll provide primary phone support and contribute to customer voice through projects. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and a focus on delivering timely, accurate help while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40–60 wpm with clarity.
• Able to perform focused, task-based work.
• Familiarity with Helpdesk software solutions like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, chats, and calls promptly and accurately.
• Analyze and reply to customers using key language models.
• Engage with roughly 70–100 customers daily via chat or email.
• Provide primary phone support for Trove Brands.
• Engage in specialty assignments and project opportunities.
• Advocate for our customer – contributing to the customer voice.
