Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Florida. You will greet customers, prepare made-to-order items, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following established policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and related tasks.

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the "wow" in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.

What you’ll do

• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well‑stocked and that shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and other related tasks.

The hourly range for this position is $15.50 – $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
