Resource Innovations in Boston, MA is seeking a Batching Coordinator/Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor to ensure timely invoicing and payment delivery to clients and customers.

This role combines billing, data processing, and process improvements with hands-on Excel work and collaboration with internal teams and clients. We offer a competitive base salary within the stated range and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of processing experience.
• 2+ years of billing and/or payment processing experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills (PivotTables, Lookups, charts).

• Creates invoices and generates data files tied to processed payments.
• Uploads invoicing reports into client systems accurately and timely.
• Ensures all applications meet program and quality standards in preparation for payment.
• Manages payment batch activities on a weekly basis.
• Supports creation and updates to reporting templates as needed.
• Collaborates with clients to handle invoicing updates or processing corrections.

Resource Innovations is seeking a Batching Coordinator/Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor to join our growing team in Boston, MA. As a Batching Coordinator with Resource Innovations, you will play a key role and will ensure the timely delivery of billing data to our clients and payments to our customers. We leverage diversity across our team to accelerate energy innovation and make clean and sustainable energy more available, accessible, and affordable.Duties & Responsibilities:Creates invoices and generates data files tied to processed payments.Uploads invoicing reports into client systems accurately and timely.Ensures all applications meet program and quality standards in preparation for payment.Manages payment batch activities on a weekly basis.Supports creation and updates to various reporting templates when needed.Works directly with client to handle any invoicing updates or processing corrections.Evaluates current procedures and work with internal teams to implement improvements, further database capabilities, and streamline invoicing.Provides continuous improvement suggestions.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalency is required.2+ years previous processing experience required.2+ years previous billing and/or payment processing experience required.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, LookUps, Index/Match, Charts/Graphs) required.About Resource InnovationsResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact . The compensation range for the base salary for this position is:$44,800.00-$52,000.00In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
