Job summary

Recognition Place in Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Production associate to interact with the public and fill order requirements for a range of awards and gifts. You will produce items using engraving and printing equipment and help maintain the showroom displays.

The role requires operating diamond and rotary engraving machines, a laser engraver, and a UV printer, with preference for CorelDraw/Illustrator/Photoshop and social media posting experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred, but not required.
• Experience with social media and website posting preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and enjoy working with the public.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and fill order requirements for awards, gifts, signs and trophies.
• Operate engraving machines (diamond & rotary), laser engraver and UV printer.
• Maintain showroom displays and stockroom organization; unpack boxes and cleanup.
• Support production workflow and ensure quality of finished products.

Job description

FULL TIME opportunity 30 to 40 hours per week at the Recognition Place, Bartlesville’s award & personalization business. Customer Service and Production position where the employee interacts with the public, filling out order requirements and produces those products.

Tasked with running diamond & rotary engraving machines, along with laser engraver, UV Printer . These processes are used to manufacture awards, gifts, signs, badges, trophies along with many other products.

• You will be asked to maintain showroom displays, unpacking boxes for stockroom and general cleanup of work areas and showroom.
• Experience with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photo Shop preferred, but not required.
• Experience with social media and website posting preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and enjoy working with the public.
• Can adapt to fast pace production environment at times.
• Pay: $11.00 to $13.00 an hour based on experience
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Work Location: In person Bartlesville, Oklahoma (no remote work)
