Midstates Group in Aberdeen, SD, seeks a signs and engraving production specialist to operate equipment and manage engraving tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and ensure quality on every order.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.
This position functions as the signs and engraving production specialist. This position operates and produces all aspects of the sign’s equipment and engraving business functions. The role also includes working with others in the company to provide the highest level of customer service.

High school education, related experience or willingness to learn.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply basic math concepts (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
