This full-time, in-person position at Championship Awards in Madison, WI supports customers while contributing to award production and assemblies. The role includes hands-on work with lights and custom items, with training provided for engraving, laser machine operation, and design workflows using CorelDraw.

Role Overview

As an all-around team member, you will work directly with customers and help move projects from initial needs through assembly. You will also participate in award-related production tasks and be expected to learn and apply engraving and laser machine skills as part of day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to customers
• Address a variety of on-site situations and contribute to problem solving as needs arise
• Assemble awards (light assembly), working hands on and using basic tools as required
• Support custom type projects, where the ability to assemble custom types is a strong advantage

Training and Skill Development

The company will teach engraving skills, laser machine skills, and CorelDraw design capabilities so you can contribute effectively to production and custom award work.
