Job summary

Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, is hiring for a Labor and Route Sales position in Commerce City, CO. You will provide exceptional customer service, explain pricing, and identify opportunities to grow sales.

Join a team that loads/unloads items, supports customers, and upholds the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand with professional conduct. Overtime and training are available, with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Positive, energetic attitude and team orientation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Pay: $25–$30+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $15.50/hr base)
