Southwind, the top 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring in Minneapolis, MN for a Field Sales & Service role.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer moments, explain services and pricing, and identify opportunities to grow sales while helping load and remove items with a friendly team. This full-time position offers overtime opportunities based on demand, paid training, and clear pathways into sales, leadership, and operations.

Pay: $28–$32+/hour ($16.50/hr base + Profit Share + Tips + Bonuses)
