Job summary

Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring for a Labor and Route Sales role in Commerce City, CO. Be part of our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences.

You will provide excellent customer experiences, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and support the team on daily field duties. No prior junk removal experience is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurants preferred.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21+

Responsibilities

Labor and Route Sales 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Location: Commerce City, CO Pay: $25–$30+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $15.50/hr base) Job Type: Full-Time
