Job summary

HID Global, a leading high-tech software company based in Austin, TX, is seeking an Operations Sustainability and Safety Analyst to drive data-driven ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, and ISO management system activities across the enterprise.

You will manage environmental, safety, and sustainability data, support EPR obligations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HID's sustainability and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability or related field.
• 2-4 years in sustainability, environmental compliance, quality, regulatory compliance, ISO management systems.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support objectives.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams to support projects and compliance programs.
• Preferred: manufacturing/tech environment and GHG accounting familiarity.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or German preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental, safety, and sustainability data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Support compliance with EPR programs and environmental reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site EHS teams to drive improvements.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems effectiveness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications to drive performance.
