Responsibilities

• Return Agent duties: greet customers, inspect vehicles, secure keys, remove belongings, report damages, explain charges.
• Ready Line Agent duties: keep area clean, prep vehicles, inspect quality, assist with vehicle exchanges and luggage, ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles.
