Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent living in the USA.

Work from Home.

• Must reside in the USA

Location: This position is permanently remote, and candidates must be located in the USA.

Rate: $14.00 / hr

The schedule will be from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday for the first week. Afterward, the schedule will be determined (TBD).

Skills and Requirements:

• Must have a dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions;
• Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download (screenshot required);
• Experience in a call center is a plus but not mandatory;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Benefits:

• Potential bi-weekly incentive of $40.00 for working 78+ hours and a weekend bonus of $25.00 for working both Saturday and Sunday;
