Full-Time Customer Service Agent
Location: Edinburg, TX (In-office)

At Ruby, we provide the friendly, professional support that businesses rely on every day. As a Full-Time Customer Service Agent, you will create positive first impressions and meaningful interactions for our clients and their callers through call handling, appointment scheduling, and much more. We are seeking empathetic, customer-focused professionals to join our in-office team at our Edinburg location. Because Ruby operates 24/7/365, this position requires availability to work one weekend day and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Skillfully manage incoming phone calls and live web chats, acting as a warm, seamless extension of our clients' businesses.
• Maintain Accuracy: ensure high attention to detail and precision across all written client communications.
• Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortably multitask across dual monitors to handle active communications.
• Uphold Quality Standards: Meet performance guidelines, service quality standards, and maintain strict schedule adherence to support your team and callers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 40WPM with proven comfort navigating multiple software systems concurrently.
• Communication & Demeanor: Warm, professional tone with the poise and empathy required to de-escalate challenging conversations gracefully.
• Worth Ethic: Strong self-motivation and a demonstrated history of reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Bilingual capability in Spanish and English is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Earn up to $21/hr with our Perfect Attendance Bonus (defined as arriving n time for shifts, returning punctually from breaks, and completing full assigned shifts). Base pay without the attendance bonus is $19/hr.

Schedule Options:

Multiple shifts schedules are available, including traditional Monday-Friday options as well as schedules including one weekend day.
