Job summary

One Call in Monterrey is seeking a Care Coordinator to connect patients, healthcare providers, and insurers, scheduling medical appointments and ensuring cases move forward smoothly.

The role requires fluent English and experience in customer service or healthcare coordination, working on-site Mon-Fri with comprehensive training and a focus on excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Fluent English (Required) - written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in: Customer Service, Call Center, Appointment Scheduling, Healthcare Coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for injured workers.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.
• Follow up on appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate case documentation.
