What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics and assist them in selecting the best benefit plan options
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling
- Support customers in navigating online resources while encouraging self-sufficiency
- Serve as a key support resource across multiple Medicaid markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or relevant experience
- Ability to handle 50-70 customer calls daily with full attention to work duties
- Proficiency in Windows PC applications and ability to learn complex computer systems
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday - Friday, between 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with occasional overtime flexibility

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Health Care/Insurance environment
- Background in social work, behavioral health, or health promotion
- Sales or account management experience
