What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call, identifying the type of assistance needed
- Educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics and assist them in selecting the best benefit plan options
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling
- Support customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency in using digital tools
- Serve as a key support resource across multiple Medicaid markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience analyzing and solving issues
- Bilingual fluency in English and Dine'
- Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex computer systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design
- Experience in social work or health promotion, especially with vulnerable populations
- Sales or account management experience
