What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries on the first call, addressing topics such as benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Guide and educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them choose the best benefit plans
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling
- Support customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency with digital tools
- Serve as a key support resource across multiple Medicaid markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience in analyzing and solving issues
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare/insurance environments and medical terminology
- Experience in social work, behavioral health, or working with vulnerable populations
- Sales or account management experience
