Customer Service Advisor - Jiffy Lube Multicare

Position Overview

We are seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Stonebriar Auto Services is one of the fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchises, and we are hiring now!

Responsibilities
  • Conferring with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
  • Performing all work in a safe and efficient manner while providing outstanding guest service.
  • Contributing to an energetic and fun working environment.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid driver's license required.
  • Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
