Stonebriar Auto Services LLC is hiring for multiple Guest Service Advisor roles at Jiffy Lube Multicare. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. You will greet guests, discuss diagnostic and maintenance options, and coordinate service visits to keep vehicles safe and running smoothly.

A current and valid driver’s license is required. Prior automotive service experience is preferred but not required.

We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we're hiring now!

The successful candidate will be responsible for conferencing with our guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles. All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment. A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
