Mister Car Wash, Inc. in Humble, TX is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet guests, answer questions, and tailor product and service recommendations to each visitor.

You will join an energetic team in a friendly, outdoors-friendly role, building trusting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, presenting relevant services, and creating Wow moments through outstanding hospitality. You will help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness while following all safety

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• Ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• High energy and outdoor activity in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, and move for long hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to the waist, 25 lbs to the chest, and 15 lbs above the head.
