We are looking for Customer Support Specialists who are ready to grow and develop together with our AirBnB teams. As one of us, we want you to feel like you're in the right place, so we offer you:

What you will be expected to do

Answer customer inquiries via text or phone in Russian & English and come up with solutions in cooperation with your Team Manager. These can be related to bookings, cancellations, or other lodging-related queries. You'll work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday, giving you a better chance to manage your free time.

We think we'll be a great match if you're fluent in Russian and English.

Recruitment process: one interview in English with our Recruiter and second, shorter interview with our Team Manager in Russian language. And, finally, a reference + clear criminal background check if offer is made.

Jāatbild uz ienākošajiem telefona zvaniem un e-pastiem. Saziņa ar klientiem notiek krievu vai angļu valodā (atkarīgs no tā, kāda valoda tiek izvēlēta, kad klients vēlas sazināties ar Airbnb atbalsta komandu).

Darbinieka galvenais uzdevums ir sniegt atbalstu uz dažādiem jautājumiem, saistībā ar rezervācijām, atcelšanām vai citiem jautājumiem, kas ir saistīti ar Airbnb pakalpojumiem.

Darbinieki strādā 8 stundu maiņās, laika posmā no 09:00 līdz 23:00, no pirmdienas līdz Svētdienai (pilnas slodzes darbs 5 dienas jeb 40h nedēļā).

Mūsu prasības

Mūsu prasības ir ļoti labas krievu valodas prasmes (gan rakstiski, gan mutiski) un labas angļu valodas zināšanas.

Mūsu atlases proces: telefona intervija, intervija ar atlases speciālistu (angļu valodā) un īsa tikšanās ar komandas vadītāju (krievu & angļu valodā), ja atlases process ir tiktāl bijis veiksmīgs, kandidātam arī būs jāatsūta rekomendācija no iepriekšējā darba devēja.
