Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change is hiring a Customer Service Advisor at our Calera, AL location. You will present oil change options, communicate service details, and help guests choose the best options while training to become a shop expert.

The role emphasizes strong communication, friendly customer service, and readiness to learn. Excellent mobility and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Interacting with people face-to-face.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to be top-side technician cross-trained.
• Have full mobility and can work with your hands above your head.
• Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
